Mirror

What if your brain could show you what words can’t?
Your brain holds the patterns of your life — rhythms of thought, emotion, energy, and adaptation.
Through QEEG brain mapping, we offer you a clear and compassionate mirror of your current state — not to diagnose, but to understand.
This is where transformation begins.
Why Mirror?
Most people carry questions:
- Why am I exhausted even when I rest?
 - Why do I keep repeating the same patterns?
 - Why can’t I focus or slow down?

Mirror offers a starting point.
A look beneath the surface.
A way to witness your nervous system with clarity — and kindness.
What Is QEEG?
Quantitative EEG (QEEG) is a non-invasive brain mapping tool that measures and visualizes the electrical rhythms of your brain.
It helps you see how your brain:
- Processes information
 - Regulates emotion
 - Handles stress
 - Shifts between rest and engagement

You’ll receive a personalized report — not just numbers, but a narrative — so you can understand what your brain is doing and why it matters.

Book Your Assessment
Each Mirror experience begins with an in-person EEG recording at our space in Thornhill. The session typically takes between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the package. You’ll receive a simple preparation guide beforehand to help your nervous system arrive ready.
After your session, we’ll review and interpret your brain data with care. Your personalized report will be delivered within 5 business days. If your package includes a 1:1 Zoom session, we’ll book that with you at the time of your assessment.

What is Biofeedback Stress Response Evaluation?
Your body holds a story — one that goes deeper than thoughts.
Biofeedback Stress Response Evaluation (SRE) is a way to listen to that story.
We use biofeedback technology to monitor how your body responds to stress and regulation in real time. This includes signals like:
- Heart rate variability (HRV)
 - Breathing patterns
 - Skin temperature and conductance

The session is gentle, seated, and non-invasive. It offers you a window into how your nervous system adapts under different conditions — and how it can be guided back to balance.
