This phase includes:

  • Periodic 1:1 coaching sessions to stay aligned
  • Ongoing access to practices that support your system in real time
  • Optional neurofeedback or somatic tune-ups as needed
  • Regular assessments to measure your progress and guide refinement
  • A space for community — to co-integrate, co-create, and co-evolve with others walking the same path
